TVS has announced that the brand has launched two new colours on the popular Radeon commuter motorcycle. The new colours on the ‘Dhakkad’ model coincide with the festive season and will help the brand boost sales in the commuter segment. The new colours are a combination of Red with Black and Blue with Black. The motorcycle also comes with a gold finish on the engine casing and with TVS letting in Red. The new Radeon also comes with a rubber tank grip on the knee recesses and chrome parts. The chrome parts include chrome mirrors, handlebars, leg guard, exhaust, pillion grab handle and also a side handle. The motorcycle also comes with black finish alloy wheels.
TVS Radeon – Design and Features
The TVS Radeon comes with a typical commuter motorcycle design. The bike features a multi-faceted reflector headlamp with a chrome garnish and body-coloured headlamp shroud. The motorcycle comes with an elongated fuel tank and a flat bench seat. The bike gets pleated upholstery on the seat that adds a premium touch to the motorcycle. TVS also offers petal disc brakes on the motorcycle adding a sporty touch to the bike. The brand also boasts that the Radeon comes with high ground clearance and a long wheel-base. Other features include a USB charging spot and a Side stand indicator.
TVS Radeon – Technical Specification
Powering the TVS Radeon is a BS6 compliant 110cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. The TVS Radeon produces 8.08 Bhp of power and 8.7 Nm of torque. The engine comes with the next-generation Ecothrust Fuel injection technology that claims 15 per cent better mileage, better rideability, engine performance and better durability. The motorcycle rides on telescopic front fork suspension, twin hydraulic suspension on the rear and comes with disc brakes on the front and a drum brake on the rear.

The TVS Radeon Dual Tone starts at the price of INR 68,982 ex-showroom for the drum brake variant. The disc brake variant comes with a sticker price of INR 71,982 ex-showroom. While the base edition of the Radeon starts at INR 59,900 ex-showroom.
