Royal Enfield has revealed that the brand plans to launch four new 350cc motorcycles in the coming two years. The brand launched the new Royal Enfield Meteor in 2020 along with the new Royal Enfield Classic in 2021. Royal Enfield recently developed the new ‘J’ platform which will continue to underpin the upcoming RE bikes. The new motorcycles will help expand the brand’s portfolio, updating the UCE powered 350cc segment motorcycles. However, customers can still buy their favourite Royal Enfield through CredR. The brand offers a range of Used Royal Enfield Bikes as well as other 2nd hand bikes through its hassle-free website.
Royal Enfield – Bullet 350
The brand will fully utilise the capable new double-cradle frame and the chain-driven cam valvetrain engine for the upcoming Bullet 350. Royal Enfield has codenamed the upcoming new Bullet 350, ‘J1B’. The new Bullet 350 will be replacing the current Bullet 350 along with the Bullet 350 ES.
Royal Enfield – Bobber Motorcycle
The brand will also launch a new Bobber motorcycle which is likely to be based on the new-generation Classic 350. The new Bobber motorcycle will be codenamed the ‘J1H’. Royal Enfield revealed that the J1H will sport a bobber-styled tall handlebar, single-seat and white wall tyres. The J1H is likely to be the most expensive of the lot and is likely to be the last one to make its debut among the 4 upcoming bikes.
Royal Enfield Urban Segment Bikes
Finally, two motorcycles will make their debut in the urban motorcycling segment. The brand has codenamed the bike ‘J1C2’ and ‘J1C1.’ While both Urban segment motorcycles are likely to come with a similar design language, the brand could name one of them ‘Hunter’ as seen in patent filings. Both are also likely to share parts with each other and one of the two will be one of the most affordable bikes of the lot. Furthermore, the J1C2 is likely to come with fewer features and simple-looking body panels to keep it affordable.
Royal Enfield Launch Timeline
Royal Enfield could be planning to launch the four new bikes in India by the end of 2022. The brand is likely to sell the bikes in the domestic as well as the international markets.
