BMW Motorrad has launched new colours on its popular entry-level roadster and adventure motorcycles. The BMW Motorrad G 310 R and the G 310 GS also come with a recent price hike, making both the motorcycles dearer by INR 10,000 ex-showroom. Apart from the new colour and price, the BMW G 310 R and the G 310 GS remain the same. The brand has not added any equipment, features or made changes to the engine or running gear.

BMW Motorrad G 310 R and G 310 GS – New Price

The BMW Motorrad G 310 R and the G 310 GS now come with a new price tag, and the bookings for both motorcycles are open at all BMW Motorrad dealerships across the country. The BMW G 310 R comes with a sticker price of INR 2.60 lakh ex-showroom. On the other hand, the G 310 GS comes with a price tag of INR 3.00 lakh ex-showroom. At the price point, the G 310 R and the G 310 GS are the most accessible BMW Motorrad product available in the Indian market.

BMW Motorrad G 310 R and G 310 GS – New Colours

The BMW G 310 R comes with three colour options. The brand has retained the Style Sport colour, which features grey bodywork with White and Red accents. New colours include a Cosmic Black 2 shade with complete black bodywork and white graphics. Also, the brand is offering a Kyanite Blue Metallic colour which comes with a vibrant paint theme offering a combination of white, red and blue. The brand has retained the Rallye Style and Polar White colour themes on the BMW G 310 GS. However, the ’40 Years of GS’ special edition colour has now been discontinued, and the bike comes with a Cosmic Black (Style Triple Black) colour option.

The BMW G 310 R and the G 310 GS come with features such as BMW LED headlamps and taillamps. The bike gets smoked LED turn signal lamps and an LCD dashboard. BMW also offers an electronic throttle and adjustable clutch and brake levers. The BMW G 310 R comes with comfortable roadster ergonomics with a single seat and mildly rear-set footpegs. On the other hand, the G 310 GS gets an upright handlebar and mid-set footpegs for trail riding and out of saddle riding.

BMW Motorrad G 310 R and G 310 GS – Technical Specifications

Powering the BMW G 310 R and the G 310 GS is a BS6 compliant – 313cc reverse-inclined single-cylinder engine. The motor produces 34 Hp of power and 28 Nm of torque paired to a 6-speed gearbox and a self-reinforcing slipper/assist clutch.
