Yamaha has announced that the brand has launched its updated 2022 XSR155. The new XSR155 has been exclusively launched in Indonesia. Yamaha is also offering the new 60th-anniversary colour scheme as part of the 2022 update. The Yamaha XSR155 made its debut at the Thailand Motor Expo, attracting a wide customer base thanks to its retro design. The brand is not likely to launch the new XSR155 in India any time soon.
2022 Yamaha XSR155 – Colour
The 60th Anniversary colour theme features an iconic red speed block design with a white base colour. In addition to this, the colour scheme also comes with golden wheels and golden forks offering a sporty look. Yamaha is also offering a new Matte Dark Blue Authentic paint scheme for the XSR155. The dark theme colour features blacked-out components including a retro-style ‘XSR’ graphics on the fuel tank.
2022 XSR155 retains its signature, round LED headlamp and LED taillight with an elongated nacelle. The XSR155 also comes with a muscular fuel tank and a single bench seat. The brand also offers the motorcycle with a rounded tail light, and a low slung exhaust. The motorcycle rides on a 17-inch alloy wheels on both ends and dual purpose tyres.
2022 Yamaha XSR155 – Technical Specifications
Powering the new 2022 Yamaha XSR155 is a liquid-cooled, 155cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder engine. The engine produces 19.3 PS of power and 14.7 Nm of torque. Yamaha offers the engine with a 6-speed manual gearbox and a wet, multi-plate, assist and slipper clutch. The motor also comes with variable valve actuation (VVA). Yamaha offers the XSR155 with a 10.4-litre fuel tank and a saddle height of 810mm. The XSR155 comes with inverted, telescopic front forks and a link-type monoshock suspension on the rear. Braking power comes from disc brakes on both ends and single-channel ABS.
