Honda CB300R – Technical Specifications
Powering the Honda CB300R is a 286cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. The four-valve DOHC engine comes with PGM-FI technology for enhancing the acceleration and linear delivery of power in city rides. Honda also offers an Assist and Slipper Clutch on the 6-speed gearbox. For the uninitiated, the assist function requires less load compared to a regular clutch mechanism. On the other hand, the slipper mechanism reduces rear-wheel lock-up during aggressive downshifts and engine braking. Honda offers the CB300R with upside-down front forks that offer maximum precision in city traffic conditions.
Braking power comes from a 296 mm hub-less floating disc with four-piston radial-mounted callipers on the front and a single 220 mm disc at the rear. For safety, the motorcycle is also equipped with a dual-channel ABS which works on the Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) for uniform front to rear ABS braking. The bike also features an instrument panel with all the necessary riding statistics and advanced informatics. Additionally, the bike also comes with features such as a gear position and side stand indicator with engine inhibitor and a full digital meter.
CredR offers a convenient and hassle-free platform for citizens who want to buy used Honda bikes. The brand also offers genuine deals on second-hand bikes.
