Livewire Presentation & Bike Details
According to the presentation, Livewire reveals that the brand has been working on a brand new platform called ‘Arrow’. The new Arrow architecture will be utilising a battery pack. This innovative battery pack will be connecting the steering head with the motor on the rear. This creates an all-new chassis with the help of the rear swingarm connections. The new ‘Arrow’ platform is also modular in nature and can support different battery or motor sizes, revealed LiveWire.
Harley-Davidson also revealed that the first motorcycle to use the new platform will be the new S2 Del Mar. In addition to this, the company is also likely to use different design styles for this new platform. This will help the brand create more motorcycles for different segments. LiveWire also reveals that after the launch of the S2 Del Mar the brand will introduce the S3 entry-level motorcycles. Also, Harley-Davidson will introduce the S4 models to replace the current-gen LiveWire that has been on sale for the past couple of years.
