Harley-Davidson has unveiled the all-new 2022 Heritage Classic 114 cruiser in the international market. The American motorcycle manufacturer also revealed a number of other new models for 2022 alongside the Heritage Classic 114 cruiser, strengthening the brand’s 2022 portfolio. The brand also revealed that it will be offering the 2022 Heritage Classic 114 in India. The cruiser motorcycle will come in 3 colour options – Midnight Crimson, Vivid Black, and Reef Blue. But the Harley-Davidson has not yet revealed the prices of the all-new Heritage Classic 144 for the Indian market.
2022 Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic 114 – Highlights
The Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic 114 comes with a combination of vintage looks and modern-day equipment. The MY22 model Heritage Classic 114 features a new Chrome trim option along with a Black trim option. The new Black trim option offers brand new styling updates which include Wrinkle Black upper rocker covers. Harley-Davidson also finished other parts of the powertrain in a Wrinkle Black colour scheme.
Part of the theme also includes the camshaft cover, transmission cover, and primary cover, with contrasting Gloss Black coloured lower rocker covers. IN addition to this, the new trim features a Gloss Black rear light bar, windshield brackets, front light bar, and turn signal stems. The theme also includes Black Anodized wheel hubs and the Matte Black exhaust shields with Chrome muffler tips. The 2022 Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic 114 also features a 9-Spoke cast-aluminium wheel set-up with Black or Chrome lacing.
2022 Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic 114 – Technical Specifications
Powering the MY22 Heritage Classic 114 is the venerable Milwaukee-Eight engine. The engine comes with a displacement of 1,868cc and features Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection. The motor produces 94 PS of power and 161 Nm of torque matched to a 6-speed manual Cruise Drive transmission. The gearbox consists of a 10 plate wet, assist clutch.
The brand also offers the motorcycle with a Mild Steel, tubular frame chassis. The bike also gets enhanced comfort and rides on 49mm, dual front aluminium forks with a 56mm monoshock as the rear suspension. Braking power comes from a single 300 front brake disc and a 292mm rear disc. The MY22 Heritage Classic 114 also comes with LED headlamps with a signature position lamp and an analogue speedometer.
