Indian electric vehicle start-up, EeVe India, has launched the brand’s latest high-speed e-scooter called the EeVe Soul. The electric two-wheeler company is owned by the Bharat Group from Odisha. The company has announced that its flagship scooter will hit Indian roads from 1st January 2022. The Eeve Soul e-scooter comes with a sticker price of INR 1.4 lakh ex-showroom. EeVe also retails other products such as the Xeniaa, 4U, Wind, Your, and the Ahava slow-speed e-scooters. The slow speed scooter range starts with a price tag of INR 51,900 ex-showroom and goes up to INR 81,900 ex-showroom.
2022 EeVe Soul – Design Highlights
The EeVe Soul e-scooter features a unique and sporty design language. This design language will target young adults. The electric scooter comes with LED projector headlamps with inverted LED DRLs on the top and bottom. Along with another LED DRL on the front cowl, the e-scooter also sports body-coloured graphics and a LED taillight. The light signatures on the Soul form an X shape that gives the scooter a much more imposing look. The EeVe Soul also comes with a generous floorboard and a sleek upswept tail.
2022 EeVe Soul – Technical Specifications
Powering the Soul is a 1200W Bosch electric motor. The motor employs a lithium Ferrous Phosphate, swappable and detachable battery pack. The scooter is capable of achieving a top speed of 40 kmph in Eco Mode and 60 kmph in Sport Mode. The brand has packaged the battery pack on the underside of the e-scooter instead of the floorboard. The Soul e-scooter comes with a 90 section, 12-inch tubeless tyres and Disc Brakes on both ends that with CBS and EABS.
The EeVe Soul e-scooter rides on a telescopic front suspension along with a 4-step, fully-adjustable rear suspension. According to EeVe riders can fully charge the e-scooter via a regular office/home charger within 3-4 hours. EeVe offers a standard 3-year warranty on the e-scooter and comes with GPS navigation, IoT facilities, a USB port, and an anti-theft system. In addition to this, the e-scooter also comes with a Bluetooth speaker, geo-tagging, geo-fencing, keyless go, central braking, and a reverse mode.
