The brand has announced that the new Bajaj Dominar 400 will come with two colour options – Aurora Green and Vine Black. New Aerodynamics
The brand also reveals that the new Bajaj Dominar 400 will feature a new visor that has been optimised to improve the aerodynamics of the motorcycle. The new Bajaj Dominar 400 has been designed using cutting edge CFD technology. The new visor, therefore, allows channel air around the motorcycle and rider as well as give the motorcycle a distinctive front end. The tall touring style visor offers good wind-blast protection for the rider reducing fatigue on long-distance rides. The new Dominar 400 also comes with an aerodynamically sculpted fighter jet-inspired handguard. The Dominar 400 will come with other aero features such as Flexi-winglets for maximum wind protection.
Touring Accessories
The Bajaj Dominar 400 will come with touring accessories such as a functional carrier for luggage. The motorcycle also comes with a back stopper to ensure pillion comfort. The brand also offers an engine bash plate with an integrated metal skid plate for powertrain protection along with discreet leg guard offering crash protection. The touring edition bike also comes with an ergonomically positioned navigation stay and a USB charging port.
Bajaj Dominar 400 – Technical Specifications
Powering the Bajaj Dominar 400 is a KTM 390 derived 373.3cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled motor. The DOHC engine produces 40 PS of power and 35 Nm of torque. The engine comes with a 6-speed gearbox and a twin-barrel exhaust. The bike rides on 43 mm upside-down front forks and a monoshock on the rear. Stopping power comes from disc brakes on both ends.
