Hero MotoCorp Retails 3.8 Lakh Two-Wheelers in January 2022

Hero MotoCorp has revealed the brand’s standings for the month of January in 2022. The brand recorded a total sales of 3,80,476 units for the given period. The COVID-19 pandemic which led to staggering state-wise lockdowns and restricted movement has also impacted the sales significantly.

Hero MotoCorp reveals that the motorcycle segment posted a total sales of 3,57,845 units. In January 2021 the figure stood at 4,49,037 units. In the scooters segment, the two-wheeler manufacturer posted a total sales of 22,631 units in the month of January 2022. The brand recorded 36,852 units for the same period last year. Both the motorcycle and scooter segment consists of the sales volume standing at 3,80,476 units, as against 4,85,889 units for January 2021. In the domestic market, the sales volume stood at 3,58,660 units for January 2022. In January 2021, this figure stood at 4,67,776 units. In terms of international business, Hero MotoCorp’s export figure rose from 18,113 units in January 2021 compared to 21,816 units in January 2022.
