Benelli India has announced a price hike for the brand’s adventure motorcycle the TRK 502X, in the Indian market. Benelli launched the new TRK 502X in the month of April 2021. The 502X is the off-road-based variant of the TRK series which was launched with a price tag of INR 5.39 lakh ex-showroom. Benelli announced that the brand has hiked the price of the TRK 520X by INR 10,000 on the ex-showroom price. Therefore, the motorcycle now costs INR 5.49 lakh ex-showroom. The Benelli TRK 502X does not come with any mechanical changes except for a new paint option.

The Benelli TRK 502X features a prominent front beak along with an upright front fascia. The adventure motorcycle comes with dual split headlamps, a high-mounted windscreen and LED daytime running lights. The motorcycle also gets a sharp and chiselled 20-litre fuel tank, split seats, re-engineered exhaust system and aluminium alloy wheels. The Benelli TRK 502X comes with a new yellow paint scheme alongside the original Red, White, and Grey colour options.

Powering the Benelli TRK 502X is a 500cc inline twin-cylinder liquid-cooled 4-valve DOHC engine. The motor produces 47.5 PS of power and 46 Nm of torque. The engine comes with a 6-speed gearbox with a wet multi-plate clutch. The motorcycle comes with a commanding but approachable 840mm of seat height. In addition to this, the motorcycle also comes with a ground clearance of 220mm. The motorcycle rides on 19-inch steel-spoke front wheels and 17-inch rear wheels. The chassis comes with a steel trellis tube and reinforcing plates. The motorcycle also comes with inverted front telescopic forks and a rear hydraulic monoshock.
Braking power comes from twin 320mm front brake discs and a single 260mm rear brake disc. The adventure-spec motorcycle also comes with knuckle guards and aluminium brackets.
