Kawasaki has launched the updated version of the 2022 Versys-X 250 adventure motorcycle in Japan. The Japanese brand reveals that it has scheduled the arrival of the 2022 Versys-X 250 at the Japanese dealerships from February 2022. The Versys-X 250 comes with the “ANY ROAD ANY TIME” tagline, and the motorcycle offers a unique combination of versatility, comfort, performance and riding pleasure. The 2022 Versys-X 250 also comes with a few adventure-oriented components in comparison to its previous generation.

Kawasaki has retained the Adventure elements on the 2022 Versys-X 250, including its upright stance and single, LED headlight. The adventure bike also comes with a large shroud and a tall touring-style windscreen. The brand also offers angular side fairings and a 17-litre large fuel tank. In addition to this, the updated Versys-X 250 comes with metal panniers, an engine guard, a centre stand, and a power socket. The brand is also offering the 2022 model with new colour options – Candy Lime Green with Metallic Flat Spark Black and Metallic Ocean Blue with Pearl Robotic White.
2022 Kawasaki Versys-X 250 – Technical Specifications
Powering the Versys-X 250 is a 249cc liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine. The engine produces 33 PS of power and 21 Nm of torque paired to a 6-speed gearbox with a multi-plate wet clutch. The MY22 Versys-X 250 comes with a diamond frame and offers a seat height of 815mm, a ground clearance of 180mm. The adventure motorcycle rides on 19-inch front wheels and 17-inch rear spoke wheels. The bike also comes with 41mm telescopic front forks with 130mm of travel and a monoshock on the rear swingarm with 148mm of travel. Braking performance comes from a single 290mm front disc along with a single 220mm rear disc. The brand is not likely to offer the Versys-X 250 in the Indian market anytime soon.
