Kawasaki has revealed the 2022 new Kawasaki H2 SX sports touring motorcycle with a multitude of new updates. Team Green is also adding significant design changes to the H2 SX motorcycle making the bike sportier and aggressive. The Japanese motorcycle manufacturer is also adding advanced electronics enhancing the bike’s sports touring ability. 2022 Kawasaki H2 SX – Design Highlights
Kawasaki is offering the H2 SX with a brand new LED headlight and an updated cowl that houses the radar system. This new update also enhances the front fascia of the motorcycle. The brand is also offering the motorcycle with an Emerald Blazed Green colour scheme on the fuel tank, side panels, and tail section. The new paint theme also combines Metallic Diablo Black and Metallic Graphite Grey with various body panels. The rear of the motorcycle comes with features such as a colossal exhaust, and a stylish and slender LED taillight. The brand has also integrated the pillion grab handles into the tail section.
2022 Kawasaki H2 SX – Technical Specifications
Powering the Kawasaki H2 SX is a 998cc liquid-cooled in-line four-cylinder supercharged engine. The engine produces 200 PS of power and 137 Nm of torque. The engine comes with a 6-speed manual gearbox along with an assist & slipper clutch for smooth upshifts and downshifts. The MY22 Kawasaki H2 SX rides on 43mm KECS-controlled upside-down front fork suspension and a new Uni-Trak monoshock suspension setup.
The front suspension provides 119mm of travel whereas the rear offers 140mm of travel. Kawasaki offers a trellis high-tensile steel frame with a swingarm mounting plate and 17-inch alloy wheels. Braking power comes from the dual front 320mm brake discs with 4-piston Brembo callipers and KIBS (ABS). The H2 SX also comes with a single 250mm brake disc with 2-piston callipers and KIBS (ABS).

The new H2 SX features front and rear radar guidance, new grip heaters, and new wider seats. The motorcycle also highlights Kawasaki-specific rider-focussed features. The bike also comes with safety features such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, and Blind-Spot Detection.
