Ducati at the fourth episode of the Ducati World Premiere Web Series unveiled the latest 2022 Streetfighter V2 naked sports bike. The brand has been teasing the new Streetfighter V2 on its social media channel recently. The new Ducati Streetfighter V2 combines the Fighter DNA with the Panigale V2 bringing down a successful “Fight Formula”. Ducati revealed that the new Streetfighter V2 will make its market debut in December 2021 in the international market. The brand is also likely to announce the launch of the Streetfighter V2 for the Indian market soon after the global price reveal.
2022 Ducati Streetfighter V2 – Design & Ergonomics
The Ducati Streetfighter V2 follows a ‘high tail low nose’ design formula which gives the motorcycle a crouching look and an aggressive demeanour. The Streetfighter V2 clearly draws its design inspiration from the Streetfighter V4. The bike gets a V-shaped DRL inspired by the infamous grin of the ‘Joker’. The Streetfighter V2 comes with a muscular fuel tank and sharp tank shrouds. Ducati also offers a sleek tail on the new Streetfighter V2. Ducati reveals that the new bike combines comfort and sportiness thanks to a revised seating position with high and wide handlebars. The company has also worked in the ergonomics department, by repositioning the footpegs for additional foot room. This also helps achieve enhanced bike control during sporty or regular riding. The Streetfighter V2 comes with a classic ‘Ducati Red’ colour scheme featuring a black front fender and black rims.
2022 Ducati Streetfighter V2 – Features
Ducati also offers the new Streetfighter V2 with LED headlamps with LED DRL and a 4.3-inch full-TFT dashboard. Ducati also offers a 6-axis IMU inertial platform. Thanks to this, the bike comes with features such as ABS Cornering EVO with “slide by brake” functionality, Ducati Traction Control (DTC) EVO 2, Wheelie Control, Quick Shift up/down EVO 2 and Engine Brake Control (EBC) EVO. The motorcycle also gets three different Riding Modes – Sport, Road and Wet.
2022 Ducati Streetfighter V2 – Technical Specifications
